High Intensive Interval Trainiing - Short Sprints
HIIT-SHORT - Figure Description: Alternate 20 seconds of high intensity exercise (intensity >90% of max) with 10 seconds of recovery. Cycle between two different high intensity exercises for a total of 8 sets. Rest for 2 minutes at a walking intensity (approximately 30% max) before starting the same pattern with the next two exercises. Continue through all exercises.
