Each Ice Dynamics® Track is a full-year of training organized into 6 distinct phases. The sequence of off-ice training exactly matches your on-ice competition schedule to help you improve performance and arrive at competition in great condition.
Choose A Track Based on Your Experience:
- Junior Competitive: lower level competitors
- Synchro Competitive: NEW! for synchro teams
- Competitive: mid and high level competitors
- Elite: high and elite level competitors
Workout either 3, 4 or 5 days a week depending on your Track
